How does Ann Lauren® work?

Ann Lauren empowers female consumers to unleash their creativity! You will be able to custom order every article of clothing you pick the' size, style, fabric color, designer original artwork, and fabric pattern's color.   

What types of product styles does Ann Lauren offer?

Ann Lauren specializes in fashionable On-Demand cut & sew apparel for a tailored fit. We don’t use generic blanks and the clothes are made to order.

The Ann Lauren collection is currently available as; Dresses, Leggings, Bra Tops, T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Crop tops. Tanks, Shorts, Panties, Body-Suits, and Swimwear sized to fit all women.  There are also accessories and specialty items.

Our all over printed (AOP) apparel is sublimated on polyester fabrics for a vibrant graphic. We use eco-friendly water-based inks that are designed to last for years without fading in the wash.

Specialty Merchandise

Currently, we offer; Custom Plush blankets in two sizes, Beach Towels, Baseball Hats, Bandanas, Power Plastic Cups and Tote Bags!

Where are your products made?

Yes, we are made in America! All orders through Ann Lauren may be custom-made and delivered to you in a week’s time from our sunny California manufacturer’s facility.

What type of On-Demand technology do we use?

We use the latest in sublimation direct-to-garment technologies. All orders may be customized by you.

How long does shipping my order take?

Please, allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, fabricated, and shipped to your doorstep. Orders will normally ship within 1 week.

We ship with USPS Priority, where you can track your goods easily online. An email will be sent to you containing the tracking number once your order has shipped.

All orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days of receipt of an order from Customer order placement.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Ann Lauren does ship internationally.

However, please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes. Your cart will not reflect these duties as they are applied at the time of arrival by the custom’s office that received them, and are not applied or collected by Ann Lauren.

What is your Return Policy?

Since all products may be custom made to order upon Customer request, Merchant cannot accept returns or provide a refund of payment to. If Customer is disappointed by our merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the items themselves are materially flawed or (b) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design, (c) wrong size selected Customer may request exchange of the product. Customer may exchange custom apparel within 7 days of delivery.

I’ve changed my mind.  Can I cancel my order?

******You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of submitting your order.  (ASK MANUFACTURER WHAT WE SHOULD DO HERE.)

Delivery Options:

There will be several options provided for our consumers to choose from. This will be at an additional cost to the consumer based on what you select within the shopping cart. 

What if I have a bulk order?

Not a problem, we currently offer bulk pricing for orders of 50 pieces or more.   For bulk order inquiries, please email info@AnnLauren.com.
